ARIF MOHD. KAMAL

Always ready to push my boundaries forward

IMG_20211121_130311.jpg

I am a cancer research fellow. My research interests focus on the development of affordable, translational multimodal devices for breast cancer diagnosis to augment cancer margin assessment and improve the survival rate of patients. In particular, I am interested in the optical and acoustic mechanisms to characterize the tissue. Breast cancer-related problems are strongly associated with increased morbidity and mortality and, the most common cause of death in the female population.
